Extension which extended a family home, adding a kitchen dining area. Finished with external cedar cladding.

BARN CONVERSION

We’re going to take you on our journey of transforming the remains of this old barn, into a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with open plan living and rustic design features. Here’s just some of the work we have completed so far: We’ve stripped off the old roofs, dug out floor levels for the new sub-floor, added new sub-floor, fit new floor joists and flooring to the first floor, fit new steel ridge beams and fit new timber roofs to barn. 

DORMER & KITCHEN EXTENSION

Our team have recently completed this stunning project in York, where we added a dormer, a kitchen extension with bifold doors, finished off with a sleek patio area. This created a much needed open plan living space downstairs, along with a bedroom and ensuite upstairs.
